Soccer Fun

I wanted to post some pictures of Sidney playing soccer.  She and three other girls from our ward were on a team together.  They were so cute and had a great time.  Notice the pink shorts, socks, and ball.  Yes, she did pick those out all by herself!  Porter was the cheering supportive brother who mostly just played soccer on the side or on the field every chance he got, half time, water breaks, in between quarters.......or any other time he thought might be appropriate.

Sidney and her best friend, Lily.  They were the smallest on the team.  Sometimes they would hold hands as they ran down the field.

She had a great time.  She would run and run to keep up with the other kids.  Once she got close enough to the ball that someone kicked it into her leg.  She ran over to tell me that, "The ball hit me in the leg!!  Don't worry Mom, I have these shin guards on!"  Nice.  What a girl.  Snack time after the game was her favorite!

Rylee's Mischief

What a cutie!  It is Rylee's daily work to unload the tupperware cupboard.  She is getting faster and faster at pulling everything out.  Then she looks around and is so proud of herself!  She is such a sweet baby and a joy in our family.

We love summer!  Everyone had a lot of fun playing on the slip n slide!

I think Allen had the most fun!

This is our new swing set we just finished building.  The kids love it!

Backyard Camping

Allen, Porter, and Sidney decided to put up the tent in the backyard and "sleep out" tonight.  

Port and Sid were so excited!  No, Rylee and I are sleeping in the house!  I hope they sleep good, but I expect to hear the pitter-patter of little feet about 2am!

Count us in!

Well after putting it off for quite awhile we have finally decided to join the world of blogging!   We look forward to sharing pictures and news with family and friends.
