New piano

I have always wanted a piano.  I dream of playing beautiful music on my piano as the children quietly get ready for bed and drift off to sleep........ok, a few problems with this dream.  One, I don't know how to play the piano, and two, we don't own a piano.  Until now!!  Well, the own a piano part :)
Porter and Sidney are starting piano lessons and we needed a piano.  Luckily we found a GREAT deal on a used one online.  Everything feel into place like it was meant to be ours!
One of these days.....in my spare time (or later, when I have spare time) I will learn and my dream will be a reality!

Primary Talent Show

I am so proud of these kids!  They wanted to participate in the Primary talent show.  We came up with an idea that they could do together.  They practiced and practiced.  They were nervous, but they did an awesome job!
Loved it!

Skiing

The dads took the big kids skiing.  They had a great time.  Porter and Sidney are getting really good.
And it is always fun to ski with friends!

KERI!

The fun starts when Keri gets here!
We went to a Hibachi restaurant.  The kids were really excited.  Rylee was a little scarred by the fire our chef made but she gave him a high five and then told us that she was so happy she had touched a real Japanese person.  Ummm, we will have a little talk with that girl.  Especially since one of her closest friends is Japanese....

Shopping with Keri = spoiled kids!

We love Nuggets Basketball!  It was time to take Jaxon and Keri to their first game :)

Go NUGGETS!
We played, watched movies, talked, ate, shopped, cheered, and loved our time with Keri.  We are never ready for her to go home, but this time Rylee and Jax took it to the next level.
They both decided to scream and cry ALL the way to the airport.  Yes, a solid 50 minutes.
Usually Keri will say she in not ready to leave yet too, but this time I think she was SO glad to get out of that car!

Oh those kids....
We love you and miss you already, Keri!
Come back soon :)

FuNnY KiDs

Practicing using their chop sticks, after watching Kung Fu Panda.
They wanted to used them for everything...even ice cream!
One of my All-time favorite pictures.

Jax and Kaden hanging out watching Toy Story.
Rylee drinking her beloved Green Smoothies!

Silly girls!
Hahaha!  This makes me laugh.  We went out to eat and they brought the kids some pizza dough to play with while they were waiting for their food.  After a few minutes I looked over at Rylee....seriously, this girl!

All dressed up and ready for Easter Sunday!
Our family friend, Jean, made the boys all matching ties.  Love them!

We also celebrated my Dad and Stuart's April Birthdays.

Trip to Utah

Jax and I snuck along with my family for a quick trip to Utah.  We visited my Grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins, Allen's parents, and friends.
Kaden gave the Easter bunny a high five.
We were sneaky stalkers!  I was pretending to talk on my phone and took these pictures.  Some of the Brown family from the show Sister Wives are sitting a couple tables over from us behind my sister in the mall.  I saw them when we were walking in and it was fun to follow them around for a little bit :)

We relaxed and watched conference and Jax and I went to visit Allen's parents in their missionary apartment by temple square.  Our hotel was only a few blocks away.  It was really fun to get to see them!
I also met up with these awesome girls!  Amy, Ariane, and I all lived in Parker together.  We were all just starting our families.  We ended up in the same neighborhood and had so much fun!  I sure miss them now that they both live in UT!  I love that we can not see each other for awhile but still pick right up where we left off when we get together.  Love them.
We had a really nice trip.  Jax was awesome and was so easy to take along.  It was great to get to see family and friends.
