Skirts

These cute girls have a sweet Grandma who made them these skirts for Christmas.

They LOVE them and want to wear them everyday. With tights, boots, jeans, shorts, pretty much over the top of whatever clothes they are wearing for the day.

Merry Christmas!

We have had a very nice Christmas Season filled with lots of family and friends.

Sidney was part of a "Christmas around the world" play at school.

We had a great Christmas Eve celebration at Jean's house! So much fun.

Opening Christmas Eve pajamas. I love this tradition!

This Christmas we each got all of our ski/snow gear.

The girls did a little shopping with their American Girl gift cards.

We all enjoyed some sledding/snowboarding with the new gear.

Merry Christmas! We are so grateful for such a wonderful Christmas season and we look forward to a great new year!

The Nutcracker

We have a special girls night out to the Nutcracker. My mom, sister, Sidney, and I all headed downtown for dinner and ballet. Sidney loved it. This might have to be a tradition!

Kids say the funniest......

Jax-"Mine Butt, pwease!" (While making the sign for milk. I have no idea how MILK turned into Butt. We have tried and tried to get him to say Mmmm Milk….Jax-"Mmmm Butt!" 7-14

Jax-"Mine ump, ump!" (That boy loves to jump on the tramp!) 8-14

Jax-"Bubba, Nn, I" (Porter, Sidney, & Rylee) 7-14

Sidney-"Mom, can you comb Jaxon's hair into that little Mohog?" (mohawk) 11-12

Rylee-"Can I have some nem-nem's?" (M&M's)(She is growing out of this one and it makes me so sad.) 11-12

Rylee-"Can I please watch a FOVIE (movie) 4-11

Rylee-"They are going to let me be a SunBEAN!" 12-10

Rylee-"I hope I get a huler hoop for Christmas!" 12-10

Sidney-"Mom, Mexico is the best place EVER!" 12-10

Porter-"It's so weird when the pimple in your eye gets really big"......pupil? 12-10

Rylee-"My Case!" (Meaning her swim "suit", which she gets mixed up with a "suit" case!) 7-09

Rylee-"Shobel, Shobel!" (For some reason she calls sweeping, shoveling and her v's are b's right now!) 7-09

Rylee-"Hold you!" (Meaning she wants you to hold her.)7-09

Sidney-"Mom, now my bones are 5 years old!" 10-08

Sidney- "Dad, Rylee is getting a mistress!" (I think that was supposed to be, getting into mischief?) 8-08

Sidney and I are walking down the hall at Church. She is pointing at the pictures on the wall and telling me what they are of. Jesus as a baby, Jesus and the little children....."Look, Mom, that is when Jesus died for us on the Crosswalk!" (The cross, sweetheart?) 11-08

Porter-"Come on, Peeps!" (Where does he get this stuff?) This has also turned into Sidney, of course copying her brother-Sidney-"Where's my Peeps?" 11-08

Porter- One of Porter's favorite things to say. "Dad, give Rylee to Mom so we can go Play and have fun!" (Apparently Mom is not the most fun person in the family)
