The stable

The girls and I worked on organizing their room with all of their new Christmas stuff.  This is how we set up the horse stable.

So cute, I want to remember their room and all of their favorite things each year :)

Happy 16 years!

Happy Anniversary Allen!  I can't believe it's been 16 years!

Christmas!

Merry Christmas!  We had fun on Christmas Eve and went out to dinner and then came back and dressed the kids up and acted out the nativity.  

They all loved it. 

They opened Christmas eve pajamas and climbed into bed.  Sidney said she didn't think she would be able to sleep at all because she was SO excited :)

Quiet night

It is late on the night before Christmas Eve.

The last few weeks have been busy and fun.  We pack up and go to my parents house tomorrow.  I have finished the last of my projects, gifts, wrapping, cards, laundry, cleaning, and packing.

The house is quiet, everyone is sleeping.  Time to take a minute and relax by the Christmas tree and remember what is most important about this special time of the year.

So grateful.

Shopping buddy

Shopping with Jax this morning.  

He insisted that I hand him everything and he stacked it all up nicely on the front of our cart.

He was so proud of himself!

Christmas time….

Rylee had her 1st grade choir performance.  It was really cute.

Love these friends.

We made our traditional carmel apples to give to our friends and neighbors.  I realized this is our 9th year doing it!

Snuggled in and watching Polar Express.  One of my favorite pictures.  Jax laid there through the whole movie.

We are getting very excited for Christmas!

Christmas downtown with Allen!

Allen's work Christmas party was downtown at the Marriott.  My Mom watched the kids and we went to the party and stayed overnight.  It is aways fun to be downtown, I loved all of the Christmas lights.  It was FREEZING!  But we snuck away from the party to watch the end of the parade of lights.  I think it was about 2 degrees.  We had fun at the party and a nice little get away!

Disney on ice

I surprised the girls and instead of taking them to school in the morning we went to see Disney on Ice!

It was a fun surprise.  My Mom and Dad met us there with Rachel, Kaden, and Gavin.  It was snowing really hard and we had to bundle up.

The show was awesome!

Jax fell asleep during the show and slept through being bundled back up to go outside.  He didn't wake up until we got to the car.

Grateful for a special day with Sidney and Rylee!
