Mexico!!

We took an awesome trip to Cancun this summer!  We had a great time with my Mom and Dad, Stuart, Paul, Rachel, Adam, Jean, Maxine, Jill, and Chris.  

We stayed in Cancun for the first half of the week and Playa del Carmen for the second half.

The kids had a blast....and so did we!!

The first day of school 2010

Porter and Sidney on the first day of school at SkyView Academy.  Porter is starting 4th grade and Sidney is starting 1st grade.  I can't believe I have two kids in school ALL day.  Rylee and I will be waiting patiently to pick them up at 3:30!

Back to School Dinner 2010

 We had our annual Back to School Dinner.  The invitations were sent out.....to Allen and the kids, the food was made, the table was set, and the sparkling cider was chilled. 

 The invitations said to come dressed nicely with your hair combed.  I always love to see what they pick to wear.  Everyone looked very nice and had good manners.

Porter and Sidney are starting at a new school this year.  We talked about getting ready for school to start.  We talked about things they are nervous about and what they are the most excited about.  Then Allen gave them each a sweet father's blessing.

New school year....here we come!

Soccer Sid!

Soccer really clicked for Sidney this year.  She has played a couple seasons and always had fun, but this year the girl was all about the goals!  And she made quite a few of them!  We hate to admit that the turn around might have had a little to do with Allen offering to get her an ice cream if she made a goal.  Don't judge us. 

She loves playing on a team with so many good friends.  They are such cute girls!

Rylee's 3rd Birthday

My BABY girl is 3!!  Rylee had a fun Birthday full of presents, cupcakes, and fun!

She is a great sleeper, at night and naps!

Trip to California

We always look forward to our summer trip to CA! The kids are in heaven with all the cousins. We went swimming, to a movie, had a BBQ, went to the lake, took family pictures, and enjoyed time with all our Welch family!
